Demand for real estate changes its direction with enviable regularity, however, with a strong desire to catch its main course, each person can. It is enough to carefully observe the real estate market for a while, or listen to the opinion of experts on this issue. Speaking of experts, not so long ago an expert evaluation of the five most popular countries where real estate is purchased by Russian citizens was carried out.
In the first place according to the latest estimates is Bulgaria. It was its share that accounted for 20-25% more transactions than in previous years. Well, then, we can say with confidence that the Bulgarian real estate market has finally left the stagnation zone, and our Russian citizens have contributed to this process. In addition, more than half of the purchase transactions are committed by Russians, namely 80 %, only 20 %account for other nations.
How to explain such a sudden outbreak of interest among our Russian people in Bulgaria? This can easily be explained by the cheapness of the local square meter, since small apartments in Bulgaria are so far in greatest demand, and, of course, we do not mention the nostalgic factor. Russia is a leader in the purchase of real estate
In second place in the most popular countries is Turkey. Well, here, everything, in principle, is clear. And by the way, the Russians are here and here they are leading in the number of transactions. Housing in Turkey, of course, rises in price every month by several percent, which is quite natural if there is such a demand. Many factors make Turkey so attractive to Russians: it is also an opportunity to do away with visa formalities once and for all, to develop the country’s tourism infrastructure more actively, to improve the quality of beaches and services in general.
The third place in our parade was given to Spain, although its real estate market is still depressed. Despite the fact that prices in this country continue to fall, this does not scare away buyers as before. On the contrary, recently there has been a trend of active inflow of foreign buyers who wish to purchase housing in Spain. Fourth place is occupied by Greece.
This country with one of the most expensive residence permit in the world, so it is still so attractive to many foreign investors from around the world. So even with the economic crisis and negative dynamics of the prices in the local real estate market, Greece is still interested in many buyers. And the last place is given to Montenegro. For a long time, prices in the Montenegrin real estate market were rapidly falling, however, now there has been a certain trend for stabilization.
