Production of paving slabs brings a good income to its owner – tiles and paving stones are in demand. It is not surprising, because this is a reliable and relatively inexpensive material that can be used, for example, in the country to lay the road and create other decorative elements. In almost every large city there is more than one enterprise that manufactures paving slabs.
Pressing tile laying technology
There is nothing complicated in the technology, but it must be clearly observed.
It is necessary to take sore to a depth of about 150 mm.

Further, the subgrade is tamped, and grooves for on -board stone are made.

All the cracks between the tiles are thoroughly covered with sand, after which the site is rammed with a vibration plate.
This is a standard technology for laying paving slabs, but it is not necessary to observe “from” and “to” if we are talking about less large -scale styling, for example, paths in the country. Porridge laying largely depends on the choice of the base.
If the load is limited to a small foot movement, then the laying of paving slabs is carried out on the sand base. If the load is not limited to hiking, and the parking of passenger transport will also be added to it, then the base should be crushed stone. If the load is as intense as possible (walking and active traffic), then the only option remains – the concrete base.
Types of paving slabs
Porcelain tiles are divided into two types: vibro -pressed – industrial and vibroly – decorative paving stones. Paving slabs that we see on the street daily, vibro -pressed – is characterized by increased resistance to loads. It is less aesthetic than a vibro -paving stones – paving slabs designed for decoration, with many textures and colors. Decorative paving slabs is one of the most affordable, and at the same time high -quality and reliable materials.
