In order to make a purchase of real estate in Ukraine, a foreign citizen needs to have a passport with him, in addition to the availability of material funds, and a document confirming the legality of his location in Ukraine.
In order to draw up a contract of sale and sale to the buyer and seller of real estate, you must have an identification number with him.
A foreign citizen can easily receive this identification number in any of the state tax inspectorates of Ukraine, however, this must be done in advance, since this certificate is issued only a week after all the necessary documents are brought.
