Most real estate experts pay attention to the fact that at the moment the Ukrainian population does not have funds for the purchase of apartments, some do not even have money to dream of their own housing. At the same time, over the past two months, a rather significant revival in the real estate market has been observed. Some experts indicate that such a revival is a logical result, since in the past few months there has been an obscure situation with the dollar and the official rate. In order to partially save their funds, the population invested them in residential real estate objects. The real estate market is formed by demand for the same real estate, at the same time in Ukraine it is now within 9 percent. Moreover, this indicator is formed exclusively at the expense of the Kyiv region and the capital of Ukraine. Indicators of all other areas wish the best. By and large, no exchange rate fluctuations are simply able to qualitatively affect the Ukrainian real estate market. The reason for the lack of demand from the population is a banal absence of funds from the population, which is now simply not able to purchase apartments.
